Disneyland was a whirlwind. Really it was more like a long drawn out sprint. We had lots of fun, but we were exhausted.
And so it was necessary (at least for the Munschs) after a 17 hour day to take a day off. Sleep in. Schlep our lazy butts to the store and down to the beach.
