San Antonio was a unplanned stop. We’ve been messing with the schedule a lot this year with leaving a day early from Mississippi and now a day earlier than planned from Padre Island. So we now had two extra days to deal with. Needing to get out of the heat we looked for places to stay with electricity, we struck out at a few state parks but the Alamo KOA had room for us so we spent our extra time in San Antonio. Main goal was to get the air on and cool off but since we’re here figured we better stop at the Alamo and check out the River walk we hear good thing about. Well we couldn’t get ticket to the Alamo they were sold out for the day we were there when we checked the night we pulled in. So we just went downtown and snapped some pictures from the outside and went down to the River walk. Maybe 6 on a Saturday wasn’t the best time to take in the River walk. It was wall to wall people so we noped out of there pretty quickly after grabbing some souvenirs from a wall drug style tourist trap. So was a quick trip downtown but got back to the cool trailer and watched movies and the kids played games till our hearts content.

| Lucas and Marcus were super excited to have WiFi, last minute we let them take their switches, first time with devices, besides phones I guess on our trips. New season of fortnite was out or something life changing like that. |

| So excited, Marc’s playing with his cousin Meghan just like at home. We let them play all they wanted after what we went through with the heat and sand everyone needed a break. |

Samus found a swing at there playground so he was sitting pretty as well. Still really hot out there so we didn’t spend a lot of time outside.
